MENURUNKAN PERILAKU MENYIMPANG DI TEMPAT KERJA MELALUI KEPEMIMPINAN SPIRITUAL DAN SPIRITUALITAS DI TEMPAT KERJA
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan spiritual terhadap perilaku menyimpang di tempat kerja melalui spiritualitas di tempat kerja. Subjek penelitian adalah 110 karyawan swasta di Semarang yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisi jalur. Hasil penelitian adalah kepemimpinan spiritual berpengaruh negatif terhadap perilaku menyimpang di tempat kerja, kepemimpinan spiritual berpengaruh positif terhadap spiritualitas di tempat kerja, spiritualitas berpengaruh negatif terhadap perilaku menyimpang di tempat kerja, spiritualitas di tempat kerja memediasi hubungan antara kepemimpinan spiritual dengan perilaku menyimpang di tempat kerja.
