Abstract


Transformasi digital merupakan fenomena yang komplek dan multi-faset, serta menjadi tantangan untuk mengelolanya secara efektif. Salah satu faset dari fenomena ini adalah peran manajer. Tujuan penulisan ini untuk mendeskripsikan praktek manajerial dan kompetensi yang dibutuhkan terkait transformasi digital di dalam organisasi.
