PENGARUH KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN MELALUI KEPUASAN KERJA PADA KARYAWAN PT SAMUDERA INDAH PERKASA
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan, serta pengaruh kepuasan kerja dalam memediasi hubungan kompensasi dengan kinerja karyawan. Subjek adalah seluruh karyawan PT Samudera Indah Perkasa sebanyak 80 orang yang diperoleh secara studi populasi. Data diperoleh menggunakan kuesioner yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi dan sobel test. Hasil penelitian adalah kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan, serta kepuasan kerja memiliki efek mediasi terhadap hubungan kompensasi dengan kinerja karyawan.
